I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Phoenix. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing quick and efficient valet parking and even assisting me to my room. The attention to detail was evident as my room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I was also impressed by the attentive service from the casino staff and bathroom attendants. Additionally, the 24/7 café was a standout with its delicious meals and excellent service. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the value for money this hotel offers!

The hotel and casino had a nice ambience and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the mountains.- The pool area was relaxing and not overcrowded, perfect for unwinding after a long day.- The hotel had a great selection of dining options, offering delicious food delivered right to the pool area.- The TV in the room was impressive, with a large screen and plenty of high-definition channels.

The beds were uncomfortable and had a low height, making it difficult for some guests to get in and out. The casino area was quite smoky, but thankfully that didn't affect the hotel area.

We stayed at a hotel in the Phoenix area for a couple of nights to catch the Diamond Backs season opener. the hotel had lovely rooms with Southwestern/Native American decor that created a relaxing atmosphere. the housekeeping staff kept our room spotless and the bed was super comfortable. the hotel had a restaurant that catered to vegetarians and the food was both delicious and well presented. We also enjoyed the casino and came home with a little extra cash. the hotel's beautiful grounds added to the overall experience.

The hotel did not offer room service on the morning we wanted to order, which was disappointing.
